- Dari segi fizikal saya boleh berlari pada jarak sejauh 42.195 km dimana catatan peribadi terbaik ialah pada jarak 31.1km dengan catatan masa 2 jam 42 minit. Saya juga boleh berenang di kolam tanpa arus pada jarak 2.2 km di bawah 120 minit. Saya juga pernah berlari di atas gunung sejajar dengan Batang Rajang sejauh 11km dalam masa 1 jam 35 minit. Dari segi akademik memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda Sastera bidang Pengajian Melayu (Universiti Malaya) dengan menyudahkan latihan ilmiah bertajuk “Jampi Mantera Dalam Persilatan Melayu”. Dalam bidang ikthisas memiliki Sijil dan Diploma Sumber Manusia yang dianugerahkan oleh Institut Sumber Manusia Malaysia serta Diploma Perguruan oleh Institut Perguruan Raja Melewar. Sekarang bertugas sebagai Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pendidikan Siswazah di kawasan altitud tinggi di Cameron Highlands Pahang setelah berkhidmat di Belaga dan Selangau Sarawak.

Bahawa saya, peguam Yip Jiun Hann, Pemuda MCA Gombak seorang anak Yip Kum Fook ingin bertanya mengapa orang ramai begitu dengki bapa saya beristeri lebih dari tiga? Ini sebuah Negeri demokrasi, dia mahu sepuluh isteri pun hak dia sendiri, sekiranya dia bolih bertanggujawab.
Demi Islam pun bolih berkahwin lebih daripada empat perempuan. Saya harap orang ramai berfaham dan jangan bodoh.
Kalau semua mahu cabar demokrasi dan hak asasi, orang ramai bolih bertanya pada YB Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak and Pengurusi MCA Malaysia Datuk Dr. Chua Soi Lek, kerana memperbuatan mereka sama dengan bapa saya.

Ini orang Malaysia juga ada busybody takdak mau respeck sama demokrasi dak hak-hak kemanusiaan. Saya punya appa juga ada kawin 9 kali estet juga buat. Kita semua harap Sultan Selangor mengambil kembali semua gelaran Datuk kerana jika YIP KUM FOOK diteruskan gelaran Datuk, negara kita akan runtuh dan musnah...seterusnya Taman Desa Jaya kita, Kepong akan dapat bahagia dan harmoni.
